Planning Terms & Policy Highlights
For tiers 2 and above, to reserve dedicated time and begin custom research for your journey, a $100 planning deposit is collected up front. This deposit is 100% credited toward your final service fee when you book your trip through us.
Base Pricing Coverage: Base package rates apply to trips up to 7 days for up to 4 travelers staying in 1 room/destination. Custom quotes will be provided during your initial consultation for extended itineraries, multi-destination travel, or larger groups.
Rush Fees: A $150 rush fee applies to complex departures requested within 2 weeks of travel (or within 8 weeks for major international events, sports travel, or sold-out concerts).*
Payment: Planning fees cover professional research and management services and are non-refundable. They are separate from the actual cost of travel components (flights, hotels, tours, etc.).
*Rush fees do not apply to standard weekend getaways or short overnight trips.

For peak travel seasons, luxury resorts, or popular cruises, we recommend reaching out 6 to 11 months in advance. For standard domestic or hotel-only bookings, 1 to 3 months is usually ideal. Ultimately, it will depend on destination, time of year, and type of property you are booking.
